Whilst we try to be flexible, please note that, broadly, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Past conferences have been over subscribed so we would advise you to return your application as quickly as possible.
In the interests of fairness, we normally cannot guarantee to allocate more than two delegate places per school. We do however operate a waiting list system which any further applicants from a school will be placed on.
- September 2011 — applications open.
- January 2012 — places confirmed and allocated
- Monday 6th February 2012 — Deadline for payment
- Monday 19th March 2012 — Conference begins. Delegates arrive between 2pm-4pm
- Thursday 22nd March 2012 — Conference ends at midday
The conference fee is approximately £135, the exact amount to be confirmed. Applications are encouraged from all backgrounds and all schools and we are keen that all year 12 students who wish to attend the Conference are able to do so. Whilst the committee is itself unable to provide funding, if you have difficulty in raising the application fee please contact lawsixc@hermes.cam.ac.uk as we may be able to give advice on possible sources of funding.
