Ph.D. (Cambridge) - LL.M. (Distinction) (University College London) - LL.B.(Hons, First Class) B.A.(Economics) (Victoria University of Wellington).

Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand (admitted 2006).

I am currently a Junior Research Fellow and am researching a number of topics including damages under the Human Rights Act 1998, the idea that English administrative law is undergoing a rights-based transformation, the idea of "vindication" in tort law, and the law of standing in public law proceedings. I co-convene the LL.M. Public Law Seminar and am Keeper of the Statutes at Christ's College.
