Dr Helena Xie

Helena Xie is currently working with Prof Felix Steffek on explainable and ethical Law and AI, focusing on computational analysis of the UK legal system. Previously, Helena completed her PhD in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge. Helena's PhD work focused on robust evaluation of natural language generation tasks, such as image captioning, sports news generation and open-domain dialogue systems. Helena completed the MPhil in Advanced Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, working on diagnostic evaluations of multimodal VQA models.
