CELS Lunchtime Seminar: 'Allowing the Right Margin, The European Court of Human Rights and the National Margin of Appreciation Doctrine: Waiver or Subsidiarity of European Review?'

Judge Dean Spielmann (Section President, ECHR) will give a CELS lunchtime seminar entitled "Allowing the Right Margin, The European Court of Human Rights and the National Margin of Appreciation Doctrine: Waiver or Subsidiarity of European Review?".

Seminars will take place in the Law Faculty Building, room B16. There is no charge for admission. A sandwich lunch, also free, is available from 12.45pm.
