LWOB: James Welch - 'Do We Need a UK Bill of Rights?'

We are very happy to announce that Lawyers Without Borders will be hosting James Welch, who has been Legal Director of Liberty since February 2000, this Thursday at 6.30, in G24 of the Faculty of Law.

Whether defending the BBC against blasphemy charges or holding the police to account over DNA records, Mr Welch always has his hands full - but this week he will be talking with our members on the hot topic of the moment - "Do We Need a UK Bill of Rights?".
