Cambridge Private Law Seminar: 'Crime's Precedence Over Tort: Suspension of Civil Actions Where a Crime Exists' / 'We Do This in Criminal Law and That in the Law of Obligations: A New Fusion Debate'

Matt Dyson and Graham Virgo will give a seminar organised by the Cambridge Private Law Centre.

Matt Dyson will give a paper entitled "Crime's Precedence Over Tort: Suspension of Civil Actions Where a Crime Exists", and Graham Virgo will give a paper entitled "We Do This in Criminal Law and That in the Law of Obligations: A New Fusion Debate".

This seminar will take place in the Moot Court Room of the Law Faculty Building.
