CFLPP Monthly Seminar: 'Hans Kelsen and the Material Constitution of Democracy'

The first Easter Term 2024 session of the monthly seminar run by the Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy will take place on Monday, April 22nd, at 3:00pm through Zoom. The seminar will be chaired by Çağrı Gürkanlı, who has recently completed his PhD in the Law Faculty.  For the reading, he has chosen an article by Lars Vinx, 'Hans Kelsen and the Material Constitution of Democracy'.  That article can be found on the Jurisprudence Web site.

The CFLPP seminar is open to anyone genuinely interested in legal and political philosophy, from Cambridge and beyond.
