Applications are invited for the post of College Lecturer in Law at Clare College.

Applicants will be required to offer teaching in at least two foundation papers within the Law Tripos.

The successful candidate will be required to act as a Director of Studies and participate fully in the administration of the subject, as well as undertaking twelve hours of supervision a week during Full Term for, or on behalf of, the College. Other duties include College examining, participating in the selection of candidates for admission, attendance at Open Days, and fully supporting the academic development of the Law students in College.

The post will be for a fixed term of four years. The stipend payable will be £34,576 for the first year. It is anticipated that the postholder will work an average of 37.5 hours per week.

It is intended that the successful candidate will take up the appointment on 1 October 2016.
