New Research Contract Awarded

RAND Europe and the Prisons Research Centre and Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge have been commissioned to undertake a study into staff experience, knowledge and views of self-inflicted death amongst 18-24 year olds and its prevention. The interviews and fieldwork will support and inform Lord Harris’s Review into Self-inflicted Deaths in National Offender Management Service custody amongst 18-24 year olds. Dr Amy Ludlow is leading fieldwork and data analysis with Ms Bethany Schmidt and Dr Thomas Akoensi.
