Faculty authors contribute to special issue of the Journal of International Economic Law

Several Faculty members have recently published articles as part of a special issue of the Journal of International Economic Law (JIEL), which was guest edited by Dr Henning Grosse Ruse-Khan.

The authors Michael Waibel, Kathy Liddell, Eva Nanopoulos, Rumi Yatova and Jorge E. Viñuales wrote on issues such as the protection of intellectual property and international investment law, intellectual property rights as protected investments, judicial patent decisions, strategic litigation and public interest considerations, and intellectual property dispute resolution.
