Jennifer is a research associate in the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Law. She is working with Dr. Jeffrey Skopek on a Wellcome Trust-funded project examining civil liability issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence in health care.

Her research experience encompasses a wide variety of subjects, including labour law, immigration, access to justice, comparative contract law, animals in the law, and the temporal effects of judicial decisions. She is broadly interested in legal institutions and governance, as well as the interface of private and public interests.

Jennifer previously worked as Articles Editor of the American Journal of Comparative Law, and also served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Journal of Law and Health.

She is called to the Bar of Ontario (Canada) and prior to coming to Cambridge, she practised law as Crown Counsel in the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario.
