Environmental Liability of Corporations for Atmospheric Damage in Chile

Summary

Her PhD research at Cambridge focuses on the promise and problems of Chile's environmental liability to remediate atmospheric damage caused by industrial air pollution in the context of local climate change litigation. By undertaking comparative legal studies and adopting an institutional approach to the topic, the PhD explores Chilean environmental and tort law and identifies major trends in the past, present, and future of corporate environmental liability for environmental damage in Chile.
