Professor Kovacs will present a paper discussing how common law development of administrative law in the U.S. has contributed to the rise of presidential power. Dr Shona Wilson Stark will chair.

This seminar is open to all LLM, MCL and PhD students, Faculty members and Faculty visitors.

Attendees to 'Brown Bag' seminars are free to bring their own food to eat for lunch.  Some snacks may be provided on occasion.
