Hughes Hall Law Society: 'The role of restitution in investment treaty arbitration'

The Hughes Hall Law Society is hosting an exciting speakers event with Allen & Overy on the role of restitution in investment treaty arbitration.

Guled Yusuf and Godwin Tan will be lecturing on remedies in international arbitration, in particular on pecuniary and non-pecuniary remedies. They will also share their experience in dispute resolution and offer advice to aspiring lawyers after the lectures.

The lecture will take place at 3pm at the Pfeiffer Room at Hughes Hall.

There will be an opportunity to network afterwards.
