CFLPP Monthly Seminar: 'The Rule of Law and the Role of Courts'

The third 2022-3 session of the monthly seminar run by the Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy will take place at 3:00pm on Wednesday, December 14th, through Zoom.  The seminar will be chaired by Donald Bello Hutt, who is an Assistant Professor of Moral & Political Philosophy at the University of Valladolid in Spain.  For the reading he has chosen an article by Jeremy Waldron, 'The Rule of Law and the Role of Courts.'
