Applications are invited for the post of College Lecturer in Law at Gonville and Caius College. Applications are welcome from individuals with interests in any area of law taught within the Cambridge Law Tripos. However, preference may be given to applicants who teach subjects other than those already offered by the current law fellows.

The successful candidate will be required to teach at the undergraduate level for six hours per week if they hold a post in the University or ten hours per week otherwise. The appointment will be for three years in the first instance, with the possibility of renewal for a further two years and thereafter re-appointment to the retiring age. Re-appointment will be dependent upon satisfactory teaching and research. The annual stipend (subject to pay award pending) of a College Lecturer who does not hold University or other office is currently on a scale of £34,955 to £44,240 if non-resident in College and £31,802 to £41,086 if resident in College. It is intended that the successful candidate will take up his or her appointment on or before 1 October 2018.

Further particulars can be obtained in writing from the Senior Tutor, Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, CB2 1TA to whom completed applications and two supporting references should be sent by 14 November 2017.
