University Lecturer in Corporate Law

The Faculty of Law is seeking to appoint to a University Lectureship in Corporate Law from 1 October 2019. The Lecturer will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level on corporate law papers, including on the specialist Masters of Corporate Law programme. The Lecturer will also conduct and supervise research and participate in the general work of the Faculty.

The appointee will be an outstanding scholar and teacher in corporate law, and will demonstrate potential to undertake and publish research of the highest calibre. The person appointed will normally hold a PhD or equivalent qualification.

The University Lecturer will be based in central Cambridge. Appointment will be permanent, subject to a probationary period of five years.

In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to offer a supplement to the salary range stated for this role of up to 20%. Any such supplement would be awarded on the basis of a demonstrable history of outstanding achievement and an expected future level of contribution and is entirely at the discretion of the University.
