The Faculty of LawThe Faculty of Law is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified person to a Fixed-Term Lectureship in Private Law commencing 1 October 2020 for a period of two years. The person appointed will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level, conduct and assist in supervising research, and participate in the general work of the Faculty. Applications from candidates with teaching and research expertise in Private Law generally are welcomed, but particular preference may be given to candidates who are able to offer teaching in the areas of the Law of Contract and the Law of Tort.

The appointee will demonstrate potential to lecture effectively and to carry out and publish research of the highest calibre. The person appointed will normally hold a PhD or equivalent qualification. The Lecturer will be based in Central Cambridge.

This post is fixed-term for 2 years.
