By Train
There are frequent rail services from London (King's Cross and Liverpool Street stations). Journey times vary from 50 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes. Visit the trainline.com website, or phone on +44 (0) 871 244 1545.
Cambridge railway station is situated one mile from the town centre. It's a 30 minute walk from Cambridge railway station to the Faculty of Law. There is a regular bus service into the town centre, and it's a 15 minute walk from there to the Faculty.
There are usually plenty of taxis available at the station and in the town centre. Ask to be dropped off on West Road; follow the path into the Sidgwick Site and after 50 yards you will see the Faculty of Law building on your left.

By Bus/Coach

Drummer Street bus station is situated in Cambridge town centre. It's a 15 minute walk from the bus station to the Faculty of Law. There are usually plenty of taxis available at the bus station. Ask to be dropped off on West Road, follow the path into the Cambridge University Sidgwick Site and after 50 yards you will see the Faculty of Law building on your left.
By Car
Directions from M11 driving northwards (only):
- Exit M11 at junction 13 (available driving northwards only)
- Follow the A1303 (Madingley Road) eastwards into Cambridge
- Turn right into Grange Road
- Turn 2nd left into Sidgwick Avenue
- Turn left into the University of Cambridge Sidgwick Site, where the Faculty of Law is located. (The Sidgwick site is situated between Sidgwick Avenue, West Road and Grange Road.)
Directions from M11 driving northwards or southwards:
- Exit M11 at junction 12
- Follow A603 (Barton Road) eastwards into Cambridge
- You should pass Wolfson College on your left
- Turn left into Grange Road (just past a pedestrian crossing)
- Take the second right hand turn into Sidgwick Avenue
- Turn left into the University of Cambridge Sidgwick Site, where the Faculty of Law is located. (The Sidgwick site is situated between Sidgwick Avenue, West Road and Grange Road.)
Parking
Parking is not permitted on the Sidgwick site, except to permit holders. It is often possible to find metered street parking near the Faculty of Law in Sidgwick Avenue, Queen's Road and West Road (4-hour periods are allowed). There are also a number of car parks in the town centre, and five Park and Ride sites, the nearest one being on Madingley Road.
By Air
From London Stansted airport

From London City airport
There is a direct shuttle bus from London City airport to London Liverpool Street station. From there, you can either take a train to Cambridge or you can take the underground to King's Cross station, and then the train to Cambridge. See the London City airport website. From Luton airport
