CV / Biography
I am a CTO in Law at St Edmund's, a Senior Teaching Associate in Law and Economics and Private Law at the Department of Land Economy, and an affiliated lecturer at the Faculty of Law.
I studied at the University of Bologna, Cambridge, and at the European University Institute in Florence.
In my research I look at how legal discourse represents complex socio-economic realities, in particular at how legal discourse (mis)understands the market as a socio-economic phenomenon, its nature and its properties.
I teach and supervise civil (Roman) law, contract law, EU Law, labour law, and law and economics.
