CULS Fellows’ Tort Debate: 'it is a myth that Tort is anything to do with individual responsibility'

CULS is delighted to partner with Clifford Chance to bring you a Tort Law Debate featuring Dr Janet O'Sullivan (Cambridge University), Professor Donal Nolan (Oxford University), Professor Robert Stevens (Oxford University) and Professor Steve Hedley (York University). The motion of the debate is 'This house believes Tort has nothing to do with individual responsibility’.

After the debate there will be an opportunity to mingle with the speakers and representatives of Clifford Chance over refreshments.
