Fitzwilliam Law Society: Andrea Coomber director of JUSTICE

Fitzwilliam College Law Society are pleased to host Andrea Coomber, director of the all-party law reform and human rights organisation JUSTICE.

Andrea has had a very prominent career in human rights law, having spent 10 years litigating in areas such as trafficking, reproductive rights and domestic violence. Some of these cases went before the European Court of Human Rights and the African Commission on Human and People's Rights. She now works to reform the justice system in the UK.

She will be speaking about her career and the challenges facing human rights in the current political climate.
