The Cambridge Arbitration Day brings together scholars, practitioners and students to discuss recent developments in the field of international arbitration. The topic for 2018 is 'Arbitration as a Market', and the Day will include three panels on the following subjects:
- Buying Justice: the Demand for Arbitration
- Selling Justice: the Supply of Arbitration
- Debate - Investment and Commercial Arbitration: Different Rules for Different Markets
This will be preceded by the Young Practitioners' Event on 2 March 2018, which is organised in conjunction with the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum. The Young Practitioners' Event will be an occasion to discuss the following topic: 'The Global Supply Chain of Arbitration: is it a Saturated Profession?'
