Sir Rupert Jackson, a Lord Justice of Appeal, and Hon Fellow of Jesus College, will talk on: 'Was it All Worth It?'

During the last ten years he has been the main influence on the reform of civil justice in England and Wales.  His official reports have been aimed at promoting access to justice at proportionate cost. His 2009 recommendations were implemented in 2013. His recent proposals are under consideration.

All members of the Law Faculty and all students in the University are welcome.

After his lecture, Lord Justice Jackson will receive questions.
