CULS Panel event: 'Land Law: Q&A with the Law Commissioner'

CULS is delighted to present a panel Q&A on the Law Commission's 2018 Report "Updating the Land Registration Act 2002". The panel features Professor Nicholas Hopkins (Law Commissioner for Property Law), Judge Elizabeth Cooke (Principal Judge of the Land Registration Tribunal), Amy Goymour and Professor Martin Dixon (to be confirmed). They will explore the Report and take questions from the audience.

Participants are encouraged to come with questions for our panellists. The material covered ties in with Supervision 4's material, and so participants may find it useful to have completed the supervision’s reading by then. Regardless, the basic material will be covered briefly before our panellists take questions.

This is an opportunity for all land law students (and enthusiasts!) to explore the implications of the Report.
