A visiting lecture by Professor Kathryn Kovacs.

Professor Kovacs (Professor of Law, Rutgers) will speak about some of the latest issues concerning the structure of the U.S. government, including the growth of presidential power and control of administrative agencies.

All are very welcome (undergraduates, postgraduates, visitors and Faculty members).

The talk will be of particular interest to:

  • Law students taking, or interested in, Public Law subjects e.g. Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Public Law Seminar (Tripos/LLM) or Legislation (LLM);
  • Those interested in finding out more about US constitutional or administrative law and the Trump administration.
