CULS Panel event: 'The Constitutional Foundations of Judicial Review'

Join CULS for a debate on an age-old question between some of the biggest voices in constitutional law. Experience a debate between eminent professors, and hear them justify their preferred theories. All Law Tripos Part IA students, and otherwise enthusiasts of constitutional law are welcome to attend.

This debate will tie in with constitutional law supervisions for this term, so it may be useful to have a look at the relevant reading list before attending.
