This roundtable focusses on current and future issues of corporate finance. A particular emphasis is on funding tech and other innovative businesses. The following questions are raised and discussed: How does corporate finance adapt to the challenges faced by businesses in the first decades of the 21st century? Are the tectonics of public, private and bank finance shifting? Is it time to rethink capital? What can we learn from corporate finance developments in Asia? How will technology alter the foundations of corporate finance? What are the effects of innovative finance on corporate governance?
