CPLC Work in Progress Seminar: 'The Settlor’s Conscience'

Sinéad is writing a paper which will explore the relationship between the ideas of conscience and intention in express trusts. This is an area which is under-theorised. The paper will consider the idea of the settlor’s conscience in express trusts, and whether it helps us to understand more clearly the rule in Re Rose and the consequences of disclaimer.
