CUArb Arbitration Lecture: 'Interpretation of Investment Treaties in the Energy sector: Reshaping Investment Arbitration'

Join CUArb Friday, 22 March 2024 at 1:00pm in Room B16 at the Faculty of Law to hear Dr. Mary Mitsi (Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law and International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London) present on the topic of 'Interpretation of Investment Treaties in the Energy sector: Reshaping Investment Arbitration'.

Dr. Mitsi is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Commercial Law and International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London. She has experience with arbitral practice in civil and common law jurisdictions and has worked on international arbitration cases (HKIAC, ICC, LCIA). She is the Director for Executive Education responsible for the training of industry professionals, government officials, and Judges. She has also led and worked on projects by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank and other international institutions.
