Join Cambridge Human Rights Law Society for a panel discussion and Q&A on working in Human Rights.
The speakers will be providing insight one what it is really like working in the broad and confusing field of Human Rights, and give their top tips on how you can form a career in this area.

- Nabil Khabirpour, Founder and Director of The Law Corner, Affiliate Lecturer at University of Cambridge Law Faculty

Natalie Lucas: Natalie is a barrister at Doughty Street Chambers with extensive experience working in international human rights. Before commencing her career at the bar, she qualified as a solicitor at White & Case before working as a Legal Officer at Redress.
Christina Challis: Christina is currently the Advocacy Manager at Peace Brigades International UK, where she provides advocacy support in cases concerning human rights defenders. She previously worked as a Consultant at the UN Human Rights Commission and began her career as an intern with the UN Association in Spain.
Nabil Khabirpour: Nabil is the founder and director of The Law Corner, a pro bono legal organisation dedicated to widening access to justice by providing free, high-quality legal advice to individuals with limited means. Nabil is also an affiliate lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Director of Studies in Law at Lucy Cavendish College.
The event will be followed by a drinks reception in the lower ground floor auditorium, where you will have a chance to speak with members of the panel.
