The speaker will be Dr Anton Korynevych, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukraine’s Agent before the International Court of Justice in cases against the Russian Federation. A distinguished expert in international humanitarian and criminal law, Dr. Korynevych has played a central role in advancing accountability for Russia’s aggression and in efforts to freeze and confiscate Russian assets.
He will be joined by Justin Esiobu, Third Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, who works on interstate proceedings against aggressor states and contributes to developing international accountability mechanisms, including the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression and the International Compensation Mechanism.
