Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights

The CIPIL Spring Conference is held annually in March. The conference aims to bring together academics, practitioners and students to discuss current issues in intellectual property law. The 2026 spring conference will take place on Saturday 21 March at the Cambridge Law Faculty and will be on 'Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights'.
