CFLPP Public Lecture: 'Democratic Legitimacy of Judicial Review: Non-Democratic Courts v Non-Democratic Legislatures'

The Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy will host a public lecture by Professor Yossi Nehushtan of Keele University with Beatriz Flugel Assad of Oxford University, on Wednesday, April 29th, at 4:00pm, in Room B16 of the Law Faculty Building. 

The title of the lecture is "Democratic Legitimacy of Judicial Review: Non-Democratic Courts v Non-Democratic Legislatures."  Everyone interested in legal or political philosophy is welcome to attend.
