Chriselia joined the Lauterpacht Centre in May 2024 after 8 years as the Administrator for the Centre of Latin American Studies, Cambridge. Previously, she worked several years managing the international exchange programmes for the Business School at City University London. She has also worked in publishing, English as a foreign language education and tourism.

Chriselia supports the Director and Deputy Director in the management and administration of the Centre and ensures the smooth running of the Centre facilities, visitor programme, events and research activities.
