Investigated the risks associated with Sukuk Al-Istisna’, which is one of Islamic Finance products, in an international context, and suggested strategies to overcome those risks.

  • The Role of the New Saudi Arbitration Center

Analysed the arbitration reality in Saudi Arabia; Anticipated and suggested the role of the new Saudi Arbitration Center based on the provided analysis.

  • Administrative Judicial Decision on Trademark Copyright in Saudi Arabia

Investigated the administrative judicial decision-making process for companies whose trademarks have been used illegally.

  • Blood Money in Islamic Law: Between Punishment and Compensation

Investigated the purpose of blood money in Saudi Arabia law, and whether it constitutes punishment or compensation.
