Hogan LovellsWhether you're preparing for interviews, insight days or vacation schemes, the impact of Brexit will be a hot topic. This session, hosted by Christopher Hutton and Jane Summerfield of Hogan Lovells, will provide valuable insights on the key practical issues facing clients and their legal advisers when assessing the impact of Brexit on their contractual relationships.

The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.

All students are welcome to attend.  Places are limited, so booking is essential.

Speakers

Christopher Hutton

Christopher is a Partner at Hogan Lovells and advises clients on all aspects of UK and EU competition law. He represents clients before antitrust authorities in the UK and across Europe, including specialist sectoral regulators. Christopher studied Law at Clare College, Cambridge before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in European Law at King's College, London.

Jane Summerfield

Jane is a Counsel in London and leads Hogan Lovells' life sciences regulatory practice in London. She advises life sciences companies on a wide range of regulatory matters. Jane also advises on commercial contractual arrangements, including consultancy, sponsorship, co-promotion, collaboration, manufacturing, distribution, services, quality and pharmacovigilance agreements. Jane studied Biological Sciences at New College, Oxford.
