CFLPP Monthly Seminar: "Abstract Endangerment"

The CFLPP monthly seminar in 2023-4 reaches its 25th consecutive year of running.  The first seminar during the Michaelmas Term will take place on Friday, October 13th, at 3:00pm, through Zoom.  It will be chaired by Anna Peters, who is currently in her second year as a PhD student in the Cambridge Law Faculty.  For the reading she has chosen an article by Antony Duff and Sandra Marshall: "Abstract Endangerment’, Two Harm Principles, and Two Routes to Criminalisation."  That article can be reached here.
