CFLPP Monthly Seminar: 'Judicial Decisions and the Creation of Law'

The second Lent Term 2024 session of the monthly seminar run by the Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy will take place on Thursday, February 22nd, at 3:00pm, through Zoom.  The seminar will be chaired by Daniela Gueiros-Dias, who has recently completed her PhD dissertation within the Law Faculty.  For the reading she has chosen an essay by Eugenio Bulygin, 'Judicial Decisions and the Creation of Law.'  That essay can be found on OUP.
