Calling all prospective and current University students interested in learning about Law at Cambridge and the exciting and impactful career paths available to Law graduates! The Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge is excited to introduce its first annual Exploring Legal Futures webinar. This series of free online events will provide those interested in studying and practicing law with key information to inform their decision on which legal path may be right for them. With talks by leading legal professionals, Cambridge lecturers, and current students, there are talks available for anyone interested in studying law and exploring future career paths in and around the legal sector.
This will be a panel discussion made up of alumni speakers, each having studied law at Cambridge and gone on to do non-law and unconventional careers. Chaired by Outreach Coordinator, Lizzie Langer, the session is designed to demonstrate the transferrable nature of a law degree, and showcase the interesting non-law career options a degree in law can take you. It will touch on the personal experiences of our panellists, and will demonstrate the variety of career options a degree in law can provide, and why law might be the right degree to study in light of this.
