CUArb Workshop: 'Legality as a Jurisdictional Requirement in Investor-State Arbitration'

The Cambridge University Arbitration Society (CUArb) invites all students interested in investor-state arbitration to join our workshop with the theme of 'Legality as a Jurisdictional Requirement in Investor-State Arbitration' conducted by Mr Audley Sheppard KC (Consultant to Clifford Chance).

This is an intimate event open for a limited group of students, so it will be a major opportunity to discuss real cases and pleadings, as well to engage in meaningful discussions on investment arbitration with a world-class guest.
