Speaker’s bio: Seung is an independent Arbitrator and is a former partner of White & Case. He is the author of The Law and Practice of Mergers & Acquisitions in the People’s Republic of China published by the Oxford University Press. He holds an MSc in Taxation from Oxford University and is a PhD candidate at Maastricht University.

The Cambridge Tax Discussion Group brings together students, academics, practitioners and policymakers to discuss topics relating to tax.
