Law Open DayThe Faculty of Law is seeking to appoint an Examinations Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive Faculty, proactive in providing training and career development opportunities for all staff.

The Faculty of Law currently has over 100 University and College teaching officers. Almost every area of legal interest is represented. Within its professional services team, the Faculty has 25 administrative staff, and an IT team of 6.

The role holder will coordinate and oversee the entire examination process and provide administrative support to within the Faculty to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the LLM and MCL assessment processes. This will include acting as Secretary to the Examinations Committee.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English. The role requires previous administrative experience and excellent IT skills. The role holder must be able to work with a high level of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to work on their own initiative, in addition to working as part of a team.

We offer the flexibility of hybrid working and are open to discussing this as part of the interview process. Please note that in-person attendance will be required during the probation period.
