Robinson College CambridgeRobinson College invites applications for election to an Isaac Newton/College Junior Research Fellowship, which is generously funded by the Isaac Newton Trust, starting on 1 October 2026, lasting for three years, until 30 September 2029. The Fellowship is open to graduates working in Economics; Education; Geography; Land Economy; Law; Politics and International Studies; Social Anthropology and Sociology. The holder of the Isaac Newton/College Junior Research Fellowship is expected to pursue full-time research based in Cambridge.

The Fellowship is open to graduates of any university; there is no age limit, but the Fellowship is designed to support those who are at an early stage in their academic careers, and it will normally be awarded to a candidate who has recently completed a PhD degree (or equivalent). Candidates are expected to have a PhD (or equivalent) by the commencement of the Fellowship on 1 October 2026.
