Professor Tony Jolowicz Awarded the Héctor Fix-Zamudio International Prize on Legal Research The Faculty is very pleased to announce the award of the Héctor Fix-Zamudio International Prize on Legal Research to Professor Tony Jolowicz. The prize is awarded by the National Autonomous University of Mexico to an outstanding legal scholar to recognise landmark and original academic achievements in law. Professor Jolowicz was Professor of Comparative Law from 1976 to 1993, Vice-President of the International Academy of Comparative Law in 1994, and in 2002 was appointed a member of the French Légion d'Honneur.
