professor eilis ferranThe Faculty warmly congratulates Professor Eilís Ferran on her election as a Fellow of the British Academy.

Eilís is Professor of Company and Securities Law and a JM Keynes Fellow of the University. Her recent publications include The Regulatory Aftermath of the Financial Crisis (CUP, 2012, with Niamh Moloney, Jennifer Hill and John Coffee), 'The Single Supervisory Mechanism' (Journal of Corporate Law Studies, 2013, with Valia Babis), and 'EU Financial Supervision in the Context of Global Financial Governance' (in Daniel Mügge (ed) Europe’s Place in Global Financial Governance (OUP, 2013). A new edition of her textbook Principles of Corporate Finance Law will be published by OUP in 2014.
