Dame Mary ArdenThe Rt Hon. Lady Justice Arden was interviewed yesterday on the BBC Woman's Hour programme.

Lady Justice Arden studied Law at Girton College before being appointed QC in 1986, and was appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2000 - the third female judge to do so. She is Head of International Judicial Relations for England and Wales and a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.  She was featured on the BBC Woman's Hour Power List 100 of the 'most powerful women in the UK'.
