Graham Virgo and Matthew Dyson Consult on Joint Enterprise Report by Bureau of Investigative Journalism The Bureau of Investigative Journalism (BIJ) has carried out an eight-month investigation into the law of joint enterprise, which culminated in a a report published on Monday 31 March.  The investigation is the first in-depth statistical analysis of the impact of joint enterprise law.

The report compiled comprehensive data showing at least 1,800 people have been prosecuted for homicide using this little-understood law, which experts described as "unclear" and "capable of producing injustice"

Professor Graham Virgo and Dr Matthew Dyson were consulted by the BIJ as part of the investigation, and are credited by the authors of the report.
