Dr Alicia Hinarejos Invited to Join the Editorial Team of the European Law ReviewDr Alicia Hinarejos has been invited to join the editorial team of the European Law Review as reviews editor. Published by Sweet & Maxwell, the ELR is one of the highest ranking journals in the field of EU law.

The European Law Review is the principal English-language journal covering the law relating to European integration and the Council of Europe. While preserving the highest academic standards, the Review also caters for the needs of those involved in the practice and administration of the law. It carries authoritative and thought-provoking articles on all aspects of European law and incisive commentaries on current developments in its field.

Dr Hinarejos is a University Lecturer in Law and a Fellow of Downing College, Cambridge. Before coming to Cambridge, she was Assistant Professor at McGill University (2009-11), and had previously been a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow (Faculty of Law, University of Oxford) and William Golding Junior Research Fellow (Brasenose College and Institute of European and Comparative Law, University of Oxford). Dr Hinarejos specializes in EU constitutional law and comparative public law. Her current research focuses on the euro area crisis and its constitutional aftermath. She was the joint author of an influential report which considered the implications of the UK's opt-out of EU measures on crime and policing.
