Faculty members collaborate with Japanese criminal law academicsOn Friday 27 March, a group of Japanese law professors from the Universities of Tokyo, and Kobe, visited the Law Faculty for a two-hour seminar with Professor John Spencer and Dr Findlay Stark, in order to discuss aspects of criminal procedure and evidence in the UK.

The group was led by Professor Mashito Inouye, Emeritus Professor of Law at Tokyo, a distinguished specialist in criminal justice matters. The visit was arranged by Professor Go Naruse, from Tokyo University, who for the current academical year is a visitor to the Cambridge Law Faculty, working with John Spencer.
